Hpnotiq is a liqueur of bluish color, which is a mixture of fruit juice, vodka and a small amount of cognac.

Raphael Yakobi, a college dropout, invented this liqueur in 2001 in Long Island, USA. The unusual color of the drink is due to Bloomingdale's spirits - Yakobi was impressed by their blue. The creator of Hpnotiq begins to actively promote his brainchild in nightclubs. Soon the drink becomes famous and in demand in many establishments.

The popularity of the liqueur did not go unnoticed - in January 2003, Yakobi transfers the trademark rights to Heaven Hill for a round sum. Now the drink is bottled in the town of Cognac (France), high-quality French triple-distilled vodka, which has undergone slow charcoal filtration for the softest taste, is used for preparation. Since 2011, Hpnotiq of purple color has been released under the name Hpnotiq Harmonie.
