Blackthorn

Ingredients

Irish whiskey 60 ml

White vermouth 30 ml

Angostura 2 ml

Absinthe 1 ml

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a lemon peel spiral.
