Grasshopper

Pour cocoa liqueur (white), mint liqueur (green) and cream into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake quickly for a few seconds.

Strain through a strainer into a chilled serving glass.

According to one version, the cocktail was first prepared in the French Quarter of New Orleans, Louisiana.
