Harvard Refrigerator

Fill the shaker with ice.

Add Calvados, lemon juice and sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake well.

Filter into a highball filled with ice.

Top up with chilled soda water.

Optionally you can decorate with a slice of lemon, lime or orange.
