Porto Flip

Ingredients

Red Port Wine 45 ml

Cognac 15 ml

Egg a bit

Pour brandy, red port, egg yolk into a shaker filled with ice and shake well.

Strain into a chilled serving glass.

Sprinkle with grated nutmeg on top.
