Whiskey Sour


Ingredients
короткий со льдом утвержденный международной ассоциацией барменов (IBA)

Bourbon 45 ml

Lemon Juice 30 ml

Sugar syrup 15 ml

In a shaker filled with ice, pour all the ingredients.

Optionally, you can add 1 ml of beaten egg white.

Shake and strain into a chilled serving glass.

If you serve "On the rocks"- strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.

Garnish with half an orange slice and a Maraschino cherry.

The history of this drink begins in the late XIX century. Its creator is considered to be the American showman and publicist Jerry Thomas, who first mentioned its composition in his book "The Bartender's Guide" in 1862.
