Horse's Neck

Pour brandy and ginger ale into a highball with ice.

Stir gently.

Garnish with a lemon peel spiral.

You can add 1 ml of Angostura bitters.

Originally, the 'Horse's Neck' cocktail was a non-alcoholic drink consisting of ice, ginger ale, and lemon zest. However, since 1910, bourbon (American whiskey) or brandy has begun to be added to it.
