Pour Pisco and lemon juice into a shaker. Add sugar syrup and egg white. Shake well. Filter into a chilled champagne glass. Dab a few drops of Angostura on top. The creator of the 'Pisco sour' cocktail is considered to be American immigrant Victor Morris, who moved to Lima, the capital of Peru, in the twenties of the last century, where he opened several drinking establishments.
