Drambuie Mojito
Ingredients
Light rum
35 ml
Soda Water
30 ml
Lime Juice
25 ml
Drambuie
15 ml
Sugar syrup
15 ml
Mint leaves
a bit
In a highball, add ten mint leaves, Drambuie, lime juice, syrup, and light rum.
Crush the mint in the glass with a pestle.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Top up with soda.
Stir well with a spoon.
Garnish the glass with a sprig of mint.
