The "White Lady" is a classic cocktail, which every self-respecting bartender should know how to prepare. This cocktail has its own history: invented by an Irishman, in France, in the "New York" bar. The creator of the cocktail, Hari Mac-Eloonon from the Paris "Harry's New York bar", came up with this recipe in the early 20th century. In 1925, the ingredients of the cocktail were finally determined - the recipe underwent some changes. The main ingredients of the cocktail are gin, Cointreau liqueur, and lemon juice. Initially, Creme de menthe liqueur was added instead of Cointreau.
