Ingredients

Benedictine 50 ml

Lemon Juice 25 ml

Water 5 ml

Honey 5 ml


Egg a bit

Put an ice cube in a shaker.

Add an egg white.

Shake well.

Pour Benedictine, lemon juice, water, honey and half a teaspoon of orange bitters into the shaker.

Add ice and shake well.

Filter into a serving glass.

Garnish with grated nutmeg.
