Cocoa Chanel Fizz

Pour Becherovka, gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice and cocoa liquor into a shaker.

Add sugar syrup and egg white.

Shake well.

Filter into a sling.

Top up with soda water.

Decorate with a slice of lime on the glass and muesli with cocoa on a plate.
