Ingredients

Aperol 30 ml


Sugar syrup 15 ml

Egg 1 шт.

Lemon Juice 20 ml

Add Aperol, syrup, lemon juice and egg white to an ice-filled shaker.

Shake well to froth the white and chill the mixture.

Pour sparkling wine into a martini glass.

Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass.

Squeeze a strip of orange zest to release the oils into the glass and place on top of the foam.
