Pour vodka and orange juice into a highball filled with ice.

Stir gently and pour Galliano on top.

Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

The cocktail was invented by triple world champion mixologist Donato Antone in 1952. Rumour has it that the cocktail was named after a surfer who often dropped by his bar.
