Bongo Cola

Ingredients

Coca-Cola 90 ml

Pineapple juice 60 ml

Golden rum 60 ml

Coffee Liqueur 30 ml

Kirschwasser 5 ml

Lemon Juice 5 ml

Fill the shaker with ice.

Pour all the ingredients, except for the cola, into the shaker.

Shake well.

Filter into a Collins glass filled with ice.

Top up with cola.

Stir gently with a bar spoon.

Decorate with a maraschino cherry.
