Sour 24

Ingredients

Gin 40 ml

Lemon Juice 15 ml

Benedictine 10 ml

Sugar syrup 10 ml

Angostura a bit

Egg white a bit

Fill the shaker with ice.

Pour gin, Benedictine, sugar syrup, lemon juice and egg white into the shaker.

Add half a teaspoon of Angostura.

Shake well.

Filter into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.

Decorate with small orange slices and a cocktail cherry on a cocktail skewer.
