Pour Becherovka, vodka, and freshly squeezed lemon juice into a shaker.
Add sugar syrup, egg white, and half a teaspoon of Angostura.
Shake it.
Strain into a serving glass.
Optionally, you can replace vodka with Cachaça, gin or silver tequila.
