Cognac
60 ml
Sugar syrup
15 ml
Lemon Juice
10 ml
Peychaud's Bitters
5 ml
Absinthe

Add all ingredients into a blender with ice.
Blend until you get a uniform mass.
Serve in an 'old-fashion' glass, decorated with a lemon peel spiral.
Frozen variation of the "Сазерак" cocktail.
